Product Description

                                        CNC Four Point Welding Machine   DSHP4-CNC-3000B

1. This machine is used for welding plastic doors and windows. Rectangular window frames and sashes can be welded and formed at one time.
2. It has the characteristics of large processing range, simple operation and high reliability.
3. The machine adopts imported PLC control action, and the head movement adopts imported servo motor to drive synchronous toothed belt through reducer to ensure positioning accuracy and service life.
4. The head backup plate structure of the machine is improved to adapt to profiles with different material heights, without changing the backup plate.
5. The welding plate and positioning plate translation mechanism of the machine adopt linear square guide rail, which greatly improves the accuracy and stability.
6. The machine has high working efficiency and high dimensional accuracy of processed products, and is suitable for mass production.
7. When each head of the machine is welded, the press clamp is fed at the same time, which shortens the feeding time and improves the welding strength.

For LCL(less container load) shipping, we will adopt the following packing method:
Inner package: stretch film
Outside package: standard export plywooden cases

For FCL(full container load) shipping ,all machines will wrap with film and same time fixed the machines into container with steel iron.
