Q: What should we do if some of the items we receive have quality problems?
A: We strictly control the quality during the production process, and before shipping, we carefully check the products to ensure product quality.
If there are some quality problems, please kindly take some photos and show to us proof, also please show us the carton image to locate the quality supervisor. After we verified the problem, we will give refund or resend the goods.
Q: Can I put my own logo on products and package?
A: Yes, you can. Our factory accepts OEM orders, and we will discuss with you about the design of logo and packages, send you samples, then start to produce when confirmed.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment is by T/T, 30% deposit is required for general orders, 50% deposit is required for sales agency and regular customers, we can also accept L/C payment.
